- Let them know that a qualified disaster repair specialist has inspected your property damage.
- Obtain a claim number and forward it to your Apple Contracting, Inc. project manager.
PLANNING YOUR PROJECT - Your project manager will review the insurance company summary to ensure that the scope of damages is accurate and complete.
- You and your project manger will work together to select the appropriate repair materials, and a construction date that fits your schedule will be determined.
- All work will be completed in a timely and professional manner.
REPAIR WORK - Apple Contracting Inc. will provide you with paperwork explaining what to expect during the repair process.
- All materials will be delivered to your location and inspected for quality and accuracy before any work begins.
- Your project manager will oversee the entire project from beginning to end, and will be available to answer any questions or concerns.
PAYMENT AND WARRANTY - When the work is completed and you are completely satisfied, Apple Contracting, Inc. will provide you with an invoice for payment of your deductible (and any upgrades agreed upon in advance but not covered by your insurance claim), as well as notify your insurance company to release any remaining funds.
- Apple Contracting, Inc. will provide you with all necessary documentation, including warranties, for your records.
